Customer service was horrid!

My room smelled and there were left over beer cans from the previous visitors. Front desk attendant seemed as if this were a normal occurrence. I was traveling with a toddler and he was the one to find the beer can, had he drank from it this Chain would not only be getting a bad review, they would have had a lawsuit on their hands.
